Clinical Supervision

I am a credential clinical supervisor in the state of North Dakota and have experience in providing supervision at all counselor developmental levels from practicum students to individuals pursuing their Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor license.  I have taught in Counselor Education for nearly 20 and presented both regionally and nationally regarding the importance of clinical supervision and consultation.  I use a blended approach of the Discrimination Model and Developmental Theory to collaborate with my counselors in training to attain their professional pursuits. 

 

My supervision services include:

• Case consultation

• Weekly meetings 

• Note review

• Access as needed for clinical questions

• Specialty exploration

• Supervision of animal assisted interventions
